The Inspection Process

Every inspection is different in their own unique way, but each is an in-depth but non-invasive examination of the structure and operating components of the home. Bruce, the owner, will conduct each inspection and is properly trained and licensed with 28 years of knowledge in home construction and inspection.

A typical inspection usually lasts about 2-4 hours, depending on many different variables. With a Statz Inspection Services, LLC inspection, you are invited to attend the inspection with Bruce step by step.
