The Inspection Process

The Statz Inspection process views every home inspection as different in their own unique way. Yet each is also an in-depth, non-invasive examination of the structure and operating components of the home as well. Bruce, the owner, will conduct each inspection and is properly trained and licensed with over 30 years of knowledge in home construction and inspection.

The typical inspection usually lasts about 2-4 hours, depending on many different variables. With a Statz Inspection Services, LLC inspection, you are invited to attend the inspection with Bruce step by step. Please feel free to ask questions--they are welcomed and will be answered as thoroughly as possible.
